This Thursday is a normal working day at the largest tourist complex in San Pietro, in Lalëz Bay.
All workers are at work to follow the defined work schedule. But in order to adapt to the conditions dictated by the pandemic, the implementing company has moved the works to outdoor areas, focusing on road infrastructure, but not only.
Meanwhile, the internal works in the villas will be carried out in a second phase, as the virus situation normalizes. The director of the construction site says that even though we are in an unusual situation, the work on this investment has not stopped, which will not cause delays for the clients.
The situation is the same in the works of the largest hotel that is being built, “Melia Internacional”, part of the complex.
The works are at an advanced stage. The extension of the working hours has made the entire site to be in full working capacity.
The “San Pietro Resort” complex is being built in Albania, it is among the largest in the Balkans. The “Concord” group has obtained the status of a strategic investor, as it is making a first investment of its kind in our country, offering all the international standards of a tourist complex.
