The Alpitour group expands in Albania: its hotel chain VOIhotels has signed an agreement with Concord Investment Group for the management of the Palasa Bay Resort hotel (4 star superior) located in the locality of the same name on the South coast Albania.

The resort has 180 rooms and 550 beds, 1 central restaurant, 1 thematic restaurant with à la carte service, 3 bars including one on the beach, lounge terrace, Spa & Wellness Center, large outdoor swimming pool, nautical base, tennis courts and multi-purpose, equipped play area and mini-club, evening entertainment, private equipped beach.

The construction of this resort is part of a broader development plan that the Albanian government is implementing to incentivize tourist flows internationally.

Albania is a destination of great attraction also for the Italian market thanks to its proximity and the massive diffusion of our language. Here the Alpitour Group debuted in 2017 with proposals for tours and beach stays and is also present with the multilingual portal Albaniatravel.com which offers stays and vacation solutions for anyone who wants to discover the Country of the Eagles.

Paolo Terrinoni, CEO of VOIhotels: “With this operation, our company continues to search for emerging destinations”.
