Marina of Orikum is located in the bay of Dukat, in the southern part of the Valona Gulf. The center has 59 apartments (one, two, and three – roomed flats), shopping center, restaurant and music hall.

The small bay is protected to the east by the mountain chain of Lungare, to the south and west by the promontory of Karaburun. Situated 15 km from Vlora and 25 min from International Airport of Vlora (under construction,
operated from Munich Airport – Germany).
